By creating an account or using Wishlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use Wishlist respectfully and lawfully. You will not: • Post content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users • Impersonate another person or entity • Use the app for fraudulent purposes or to launder money • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the app's security • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users who violate these terms.
You retain ownership of content you post (wishlist items, posts, comments, photos). By posting, you grant Wishlist a license to display and process that content within the app. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any images or content you upload.
Payments made through the app (wallet deposits, gift contributions, savings) are processed securely via Base44 Payments. • All transactions are in USD unless otherwise stated. • Minimum transaction amount is $0.50. • Deposits and contributions are generally non-refundable once completed. • If you believe a transaction was made in error, contact support@wishlist.app promptly. • We are not responsible for bank fees or currency conversion charges imposed by your financial institution.
Wishlists are for sharing gift ideas with friends and family. Wishlist does not guarantee that any item will be purchased, gifted, or fulfilled. We facilitate connections between users but are not a party to any private agreement between users regarding gifts or payments.
The Wishlist name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or code without permission. Product images and names shown in the app may belong to their respective brand owners.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Product information (prices, availability, descriptions) is provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wishlist and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid through the app in the preceding 12 months.
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we believe your activity poses a risk to the community or the service.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
